Damage but no repair

When they came to gave the estimate, they assured us that any damages, etc. will be repaired, and only if it can not be repaired, we would 60 cents per pound. After the furniture was delivered, we filed a claim since the wood on two of our sofas was damaged. They said they will pay only $70 bucks as compensation for that since that is probably less than what it would cost to repair. We do not recommend them.
