This is the worst move I ever experienced in my life. The customer service and attitudes are very poor. The company tried to charge me for services I never received. They were more concerned with getting paid and not customer satisfaction. The driver showed up smelling like alcohol and only had one helper. The helper had to unload the truck by himself while the driver watched. I had to call corporate to have more helpers sent out. The unloading started at 11:00 a.m and finished at 7:30 p.m. We had a flat truck and not a semi. After the the workers unloaded the truck, the driver pulled off while I was inspecting to make sure all my items were taken off. I have several items that were damaged and missing. If you see an Allied truck; go in the opposite direction.
