Allied does NOT stand by their contracts or total price guarantees. DO NOT give them your credit card number! I had a total price guarantee and allied never contacted me regarding any overages or extra charges. The day of my drop off they just charged my card more than double my total price guarantee with out ever telling me they were doing it or even having me sign anything. My total price guarantee was for $3050.70 but they charged me $6300!!!!!! I'm still fighting with my credit card company regarding this but Allied has the nerve to fight about it as well. Totally illegal charge. Not to mention they lost several of my items, and damaged about $1000 worth of merchandise that they only paid me $300 for! NEVER EVER USE ALLIED VAN LINES.
