Lost, Damaged items. Never any results trying to resolve issues. 50% of the items they boxed were damaged. The top to my table was missing. I would have been better off to just leave half my things and replace them after the move. I have to replace them now after paying to have them moved. My bedroom set has damaged drawers and mirrors. This set is 25 years old. It has been moved before with no problem. My Husband is retired Navy and never have we had such a bad experience with a move. No response from calls or e-mails. They doubled our estimate on moving day. Too late to change companies or make other plans. Their care of my belongings was a joke. Water damage along with everything else. This company will not last. They were rude on delivery and can't even clean up their mess. I do not understand how they could get any good reviews. Run from these people.
