Allied does not honor their contracts and their sales people will tell you anything to get your business. They are way over priced and will not pay for damages even with the insurance. They did not store our belongings in a climate controlled facility as promised. They farmed their business out like they claimed they wouldn't. They have lousy customer service and no communication skills. Once they have your money, you are finished with them and have no recourse for getting them to be careful or caring after they have been paid. I feel I would have had better customer service with a company that charged 1/2 as much as they do.
