I set up a move with a representative in May 2014. My things were picked up on time, the packers were very respectful, and I was excited for my new adventure. I was moving from NM to UT. I have a family of 8 so there was a lot of stuff. We paid $7857.14 to Allied to move our belongings. Then everything fell apart! Our rep Dan no longer returned our calls, or texts. The communication was awful! Our belongings were 49 days past delivery date. The customer service department agreed to pay $40 per day for delay compensation in the beginning of June. When my belongings were delivered July 16th they denied my delay reimbursement claim. I received damaged furniture, no compensation for things I had to buy for my kids. Then the customer service supervisor Lauren never called me like Tina said she would. She emailed my husband a denial on the claim. I have an email stating they would pay the $40 per day, and it does me no good what so ever! Totally a dishonest company!!! I would suggest you run from this company as fast as you can!! I have moved 23 times in 18 years and never been treated so poorly!!!
