I was told everything I wanted to hear from this slick salesman who I was never able to speak to again. I called for over 15 days and left as many messages for him as everything he promised WAS A LIE.
I was told that the truck that came to pick up my goods was the same truck that would drive and deliver to my destination and would be an AmeriCarrier Van. FALSE.
I was told that my shipment was based on weight. FALSE. I was given a discoutn that was taken away (and only partially refunded after SCREAMING at the man who I could get ahold of). The driver who delivered the goods was rude, arrogant and unprofessional and did not speak English to be understood. He was NOT with AmeriCarrier. My goods were dirty, damaged and he said..."so what'? The best part was that he said..."what , no tip?" The final price was almost 50% over my binding estimate. They tried to extract more money at every turn.
