My furniture arrived in mint condition. They delayed for 1 extra week though on the delivery!!! Customer servise was the best part, very nice people. Mostly it's their sweet talk that allayed my acrimony on their promptness. Overall it's a decent service and everything is quite simple which was great by the way.
