Just moved from Los Angeles to Manhattan... For the price the service was amazing.
good things:
fast, informative, helpful customer service. Nearly instant estimate and many available moving days, good for last minute, will not charge you a different amount for different (apparently more popular) days like some other companies I've spoken with.
Cool, friendly, respectful and skillful mover.
On time (within the window) and you can call them while they're on the road to get a better sense of when in the window they'll be comin.
Other things:
It would be nice to have an automated tracking like the way it's done with some shippings. I had to call them every time I wanted to know where the cargo was at the time I needed to know.
Overall the company did what it promised within the time frame and with no damage.
