lost furniture, everything broken!

They treated my belongings like they were trash! I set up my move with American, they sent Relo Vanlines to pick up my belongings. I was confused. They had no respect what so ever for my belongings, they cracked a big hole in my ceiling getting my furniture out and weren't going to say anything about it. When I told them about it he just told me to get something at Home Depot to fix it. I was not told that my stuff was going to sit in storage for 3 weeks before they moved it again. when I finally started calling about my things telling them that they broke the contract because it took longer then they stated they told me it was in storage at another city in ny. Finally they showed up late with my things it was Infinity movers that showed up. I was never told my things were going to be switched between people so much. My book case was broken (which they are now giving me $16 for) Even though I meticulously packed my things in bubble wrap and news paper as well as putting breakables in plastic bins, everything that was glass was smashed or broken including many irreplaceable items that I will never get $ for. My boxes arrived damaged and upside down. My expensive $250 coffee table was never delivered. I called people from american, relo, and infinity and was given no help. Nobody gave a crap that my table was never delivered. Nobody told me they were looking for it or had any clue where it might be. In the end I had to file a claim for the table and the bookcase. They will only give you the money back that they estimated it cost you to send it. I only got $50 for my table. but the matching end table is useless without it so I really got screwed. The worst was my sentimental items that were broken only because of how they handled my things. They movers were very unprofessional and had no idea what they were doing.
