Pickup was on time, professional, and pick people were good, polite and friendly. They dis-assembled all the furnitures and packed the furnitures and loaded
Post pick-up - communication was poor. No calls from the co-ordinator on the status, unless, we call voluntarily and get updates. During transit, there was no periodic update from the company. Every time, we have to call and get updates
Delivery - Extremely poor. Rude and un-professional driver. Did not care or bother to assemble the furtniture after unloading as per the contract. The delivery driver mentioned about money 20 times before delivering the goods, though we gave the postal money order for the full amount, even before we could visually inspect the condition of the goods
