I have contacted them have given all the details..but may be they use diiferent term for the stuff & have sent me list and bill was $1395.
i told them i would have 15 box medium..but later i couldn't find same size so i made some small,some large,n add 3 item like iron board & 1 crib matters.
just because this the person Robby who came to pickup made the bill of $2200.That person was just searing the reason the increase the amount.. i was shocked but that evening we had flight so could not do anything much.
then i gave my apartment address within 1 day they said they would be here by 3 to 6 pm.we checked out from hotel.n keep waiting for him..we called the driver many times but no proper reply.i have an infant also..it was raining...we were so helpless..we called the company but no satisfactory reply.
