Is this a real company or a fraud?

Pursuant to providing a final update to this so-called company (we were told to provide this 72 hrs in advance) I have been trying to phone and e-mail them for three days.
They have NOT, during posted business ours, answer the phone on a Monday afternoon, a Tuesday afternoon, or today- a Wednesday morning. In addition, the recording tells you to leave a "detailed" message, but the mailbox is full and it is not possible to leave a message. We tried both the 800 number, and the local number in Las Vegas.
All attempts to contact either the company or our "senior rep" by e-mail have also been ignored.
I have begun to consider that this company is a total fraud. My advice to you is to not do business with them. If they sell you, make sure you get a personal cell phone number for anybody you and any extensions that work. Unless they provide you with a good number, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction!
In the meantime, our lease is expiring, all our things are packed, and we can not be sure we have a mover.
