I was told by the salesman "I will be heare and with you all the way". Funny when the problems started he was and still is no where to be found. I was quoted approx 1600 for the job. When the movers arrived, I shipped less than the quote and was charged 1000 dollars more. I was also told pay it or they won't charge and they will just off load the move and leave it in the driveway. By the way it was pourin\g rain that day!
I was truly a hostage to the situation. Anyone that does business with this company should be aware of their unethical business practices and should think twice, at least. I still have unreturned calls from my moving consultant that was supposed to be with me all the way.
If you deal with them, have them come to your home and give a nonchangeable agreement because they can not be trusted.
