I used them to move my self and family from Nevada to Virginia. At first they call my home and I had a good conversation with them and I even provided them my mobile phone number. They didn't bother me by calling again and again like few other moving companies did. Felt confident in them and booked my job, I had to pay 15% of my total bill to book.
On the pickup date, they were on time with a big huge truck and 3 professional movers, they did a very great job in packing and loading. Even explained me how to take precautions on my next move.
In transit, I was able to get the exact location of my goods all the time I called them, also they provide me the weigh tickets, which shows the exact weight of my move.
Delivery, same as pickup they unload my stuff and reassembled them in the perfect manner.
Note:
I suggest to go through their contract and understand it perfectly.
