I had a great experience with customer service ONLY; Lincoln was very helpful and it was all going smoothly until I paid the deposit. I had different people calling from this company 4 to 5 times a day until we paid the deposit. After that, it was close to impossible getting a hold of anyone at quality assurance to give my final inventory and confirm final price. For two days the truck kept "Breaking Down" and on the THIRD day, dispatch called me at 10am to tell me they were trying to find another truck. I cancelled my services at that point and I did get a full refund a week later but the reason why people hire companies like this one is to make a very stressful transition a little less frustrating. Not here, I ended up more frustrated and stressed in the end. Do NOT use this company, I do not recommend it.
