My fiancee set us up with a company that turns out to have lied to us and quoted us a really low rate and never showed up 2 days in a row. Chris called us on the second day to check on us and I was actualy in tears. We were desperate and I'm sure he knew it but for some irritating reason he wouldn't take our information until we went to some websites to checked up on his companys rating before he would do anything. I gotta admit that pissed me off at first but we both were impressed and wished we had checked up on everybody before choosing those other idiots. I was in tears before he called us but by the time I hung up the phone after 20 minutes with him, my stomach was hurting from laughinh so much. He was great. He was down to earth, honest, calming and everything he told us about our moving was really accurate. also when he said, 'would you have a problem if we reroute a crew and have them there for you later tonight', I hit the floor! What took the people my man picked, 3 weeks to try to arrange, he only needed 20-30 minutes to fix up for us. Eventhough we chose to wait for the next morning because we needed some much needed rest, it was very awesome what he pulled off for us.
