Bad impression with american moving services

It was a painful story to use american moving services to help me move from KY to NV. There was some problem between american moving services and me during the moving process. But I pretty much had the same feeling as Whitney R. had. They used my stuffs as a hostage to bargain with me. They told me that they will not unload my stuffs until they got paid. And they even deter that if I did not pay them when the truck arrived they would ship my stuffs back. It was horrible.
