I chose this company because of the good reviews and customer service.
However because I had a relatively small load, I think my boxes and items were transferred several times cross country. Several of my boxes were damaged and I bought boxes from AMS. Some sentimental items were also broken despite lots of padding and bubble wrap. One piece of furniture - an antique desk was damaged - the edges appear to have been dropped. I only took the standard insurance so don't think there is any point in trying to get reimbursed and as I said the items were more sentimental than valuable.
But I thought I"d write this so that people should know that one gets what one pays for I guess. I will not use this company again and probably do something local or use a person I can trust.
