From the very beginning i felt confident with this company because i saw and read on the reviews amazing ratings on this company, I'm very glad I went on the internet to do my research because this is how i found them and decided based on everybody else's prior experience with them. Dimitrius worked with our circumstances, followed up on us and delivered the services to us even with such short notice due to our unfortunate foreclosure situation. He understood that from the very beginning and worked hard with us to keep us on our tight budget and quoted us exactly what we paid for. We went over the quote a little bit because we added a bunch of large stuff that was not part of the quote but he said that would be ok, we just need to pay for the excess weight. We kept in contact with them all throughout since our stuff had to be in storage for 2 months before getting to the final destination. The movers themselves were very professional, despite having to move our stuff 6 times we were told all throughout the process, we got all our stuff back, a few minor cracks, chips or broken stuff here and there but to me, if our stuff were moved about six times just to get to tn, all these things mean nothing. These people did a great job and we are just very thankful. This is my first cross country move and it was great. I would recommend these movers to anyone without any reservations. It seems like they really cared about other people"s belongings. Please keep up the good work. It is very well appreciated by your customers.
