I have moved previously from Texas to Florida before with another big name company so I know what to expect. My overall experience lacked professional workmanship/courtesy. Many items that were packed such as picture frames were stacked up without wrapping at all. Many items that were fragile were not package with bubble wrap or paper. Instead they used my clothes to cover items such as vases, lamps etc.. I told them my arrival time to get to Florida would be on a Sun afternoon and agreed to that but since they had another delivery in Florida, they requested that I be there Sat morning so I had to cancel my flight and drove to get there Sat. morning. A customer service rep asked about my experience and I told them what happened. She said they would get back to us and never did,
