This organization is a scam. They quoted me a price and I accepted. Then they subcontracted it to an actual moving company (they are just a broker it turns out) who picked up my furniture. (Late)
They then told me I had to a pay a price 50% higher and when I pointed to the contract, they said that they had no control over it and I had to work it out with the moving company that I had no contract with. If I didn't pay (and sign a document stating I would not dispute the credit card charges), then I would not get my furniture.
The person who quoted me then suddenly was not available and disappeared for several days. No one else from the company would help me, they all said I had to wait for him to get back (which apparantly he never did, because he has not called). I had no choice but to pay the extortion. To this day, three months later, they have not returned any of my attempts to contact them.
