Wow, I am surprised to see their shameless reply!! Here is exact story.
I called and asked for move out date I requested was 9/24. He said ok, possible so I signed up on 9/18, Tuesday. Since date wasn't fixed, I was waiting for them to confirm, but they didn't call. I had to call over and over to get that confirmed, but they kept changing the date. e.g. 9/24 is not possible but 9/21 is ok... Since moving date got close, I had to change my original request of 9/24 to 9/21, friday. It was 9/20, Thursday that I got it confirmed!!!! Just one day before the move. Truck driver couldn't be touched in move date morning. So I had to call truck company, since this guy also didn't know where they were. Again, this guy is just broker company. just tossing the ball this way and that. To cut the story short, clear thing is that this guy didn't conform while in talking at contract. They said they can replay conversation, so everyone can see it. I am very happy to hear that. These are things we agreed but not honored; Trailer, Move time (movers were late), my original move out request of 9/24.
Additionally, their communication is very bad!!!! I had to call to check the status. Once you sign up with them, you will see what I am saying.
