Moving Company Never Showed Up

I scheduled a move with The Apt. Movers (well in advance) for 9/28/07 between 1pm-5pm. I counted on their company to move me when I made my reservation. I scheduled this in advance, and told the rep. that I live in a high-rise apartment in Houston , TX (on the 16th floor) and I have the apartment's freight elevator reserved for me between the hours of 1pm-4pm. I even got a call the day before from one of their reps "confirming" the scheduled move. I called their company earlier that afternoon wondering where my movers were, the rep gave me the phone number of the person who is actually my mover. I called him, and he stated "there is nothing I can do, I am unable to get to your apartment until after 5pm ". I had to have all my things out of my apartment by the 30th of this month and the freight elevator for my apartment has no other openings for this weekend, so I can only use my reserved elevator time, that is it...or I lose my furniture. I have spoken with a manager of your company who did no help for me except state "I will try to send someone out there as soon as possible" and then he never called back. I ended up in a panic calling another moving company who was able to get there quickly to fix their mistake.
