This is not the company to choose if you need to rely on moving at a certain date. I was given a time frame on a Saturday between 11 am and 2 pm. At 1 pm I called to confirm the time and was told that they would show up, but it would be a little later than 2. I then called again at 4:30 and after waiting a while I was told that they were busy on another move and had to reschedule.
The move coordinator compared their company with the airlines, and was not very apologetic about not showing up or the lack of information.
Needless to say I did not want anything more to do with AptMovers.com and were lucky to get 3 Men Movers coming on Sunday morning - a great experience - see separate review.
