DO NOT use this company unless you are a massochist. They were unprofessional and slow. They damaged our stuff. Their managers were extremely unresponsive. They did not even have a real truck, but instead used a smaller trailer, so it would take multiple trips to move the stuff in our house. The movers are not well trained and there is lots of turn over, so they do not have a clue about how to be efficient or move stuff with care. They may seem to have competitive rates, but since they were charging us by the hour and were moving at a snails pace, it ended up being a lot more costly than if I had hired a better company. Also they indicated that it would take approximately 3 hours to move our stuff, but when it became clear that the move was not going well, I called the manager and he said a 1600 sq ft house would take about 8 hours to move and that he was not going to push his guys to go faster. That number was vastly different from the 3-4 hours quoted to me on the quote on the phone and what was on my written contract. This whole experience was a nightmare for me at a time when I did not need any additional stress.
