I was told they would be here between 8 a.m. & 11 a.m.
I called at 11 a.m. and asked if they weren't here at 11 would I get a discount. Cody, the boy that answered my call said I don't know what time it is because I'm in Dallas. Oh my gosh. I guess he called the mover here in Phoenix and they said they'd be by 3 or 4 more hours.
The mover should have called me to say they were going to be significantly late.
I cancelled them and called some other movers and these other movers said they have gotten calls from upset customers who had been left high and dry by Apartment Movers.
Do Not Use this Company. They are not reliable.
