Starting with the phone call to give them the info. of the things they had to move. They were laughing in the background, very unprofessional. i should have known better. The movers got there and they were fighting, they broke a fan from the apartment i was moving from and never fix the problem, they also dumped an old mattress in the complex Dumpster.
The complaint to the company did not go well I try to tell them that i needed to talk to a superior and NILS I think she is the general manager of corporate office said to me: ohhhh i'm scared and hang up the phone. I thought i was talking to a 5 year old. So even if eventually they send a check for the fan, i don't recommend this company to anyone and will never use it again. In the good side there is only Patricia a great costumer service representative that even though she is very good at what she does, i don't think is in her power to fix a problem. Thank anyways.
