Extremely Poor CS--Do not trust them

Aprin America was selected by new employer as my moving company. I was initially contacted in May 2006 about scheduling a pickup. I informed them that I was moving in July. The customer service representative notified me that that they would call me back, which they never did. I called them on July 5th 2006 and asked them to schedule me for late July. They did not call me back. After 1 1/2 weeks, I called them repeatedly. I left multiple messages on their machine. On the 6th attempt I got in touch with Lisa again who offered the 27th and 28th as pickup days (These days were at the end of my planned days since I was scheduled to start work on the 1 st of August) . She again told me she would call back and confirm. Again after 4 business days, I called her. I called her 4 times after which she told me that she still had not received confirmation (This is a day and half prior to scheduled pickup). On the day prior to scheduled pickup, Lisa stated that she could not arrange a pickup. At that point, I felt it would be safe to leave my furniture with this company. I called my employer and am trying to schedule with a new mover. This company does not return calls. This company cancels on the day prior to scheduled pickup. I would not trust them to move my furniture.
