The one thing that impressed me the most about Arrow Van Line was every crew member's attention to detail. My representative was initially Jason and then, eventually, Alisa. They were both extremely kind and unbelievably patient with me from the pick-up, throughout the transit process, and all through delivery. I did not have to get passed around through a screenboard. Jason & Alisa contributed to my initial ease with the moving process and my quote in general. They answered all of my neurotic questions thoroughly. When moving day came, the crew members looked sharp, were extremely alert and treated all of my possessions as if I were moving fine china. They cleaned up any debris from my home when they were completed with the loading process and asked me if I had any special requests several times during the move. Everyone was polite, attentive, and very accommodating to my instructions. I certainly didn't expect this much consideration. I noticed that upon delivery, the crews were in identical uniforms and performed exactly as they had done at pick up. You could tell that management is running a tight ship. The movers arranged my home beautifully and the stress level was 0. I don't think any other moving company can impress me more than this. My grandchildren will be moving with Arrow Van Line.
