I will never understand why some people wrote bad reviews about this company. When I called Assurance van lines, they seemed quite reliable. The customer service seemed friendly enough. They quoted quite reasonably too. The crew arrived 10 minutes early on the moving day. They were very fast when it came to pack up my 2-bedroom apartment. I had to pay extra for materials. That’s a small price to pay for how managed to deliver all my valuables in great condition and on time.
