Driver (Unique Vanlines) showed up at 8 pm on a Sunday and added $2,000 in extra charges. Told him to leave. Resolved issue in am with Unique and Assurance. Our items finally showed up in MN 6 days later after being transferred to a different truck. MANY items were damaged. All furniture looked like it was dragged on concrete. I turned on our 48" tv and the screen is terribly damaged. Claims have been submitted with zero response. Still waiting. DO NOT HIRE these people. Very unprofessional and dishonest.
