Horrible move! Mayberry Moving and Storage, aka Atlas Movers in Carbondale, Illinois did a local move for me and charged by the hour. The owner promised to be at the move with a truck large enough to carry all my goods. When the movers arrived, the truck was too small for all my belongings and the owner, with whom I spoke, never came as promised. Movers could not pack all my belongings on the truck, even though they took extra time to pack the truck tightly. I called the owner of Mayberry Moving who finally acknowledged that he promised a truck large enough for my move and he would be present, but these facts didn't seem to be of any concern to him after I hired him. He refused to compensate for the fact that I now need to hire another moving company to finish the job. The owner of Mayberry Moving in Carbondale does not keep his word and I would never use them again.
