Piece of advice, protect yourself! After my things were packed onto the truck I wanted to follow them to the weighing station. They were very discouraging and did not want me to follow them. Big mistake! That's how they stole my belongings, the Christmas ornaments made by my children over 40 years, my tree and my extensive collection of pots and pans from Salad master, tools and a ladder. It says right on the box what's in it so they know what to set aside for themselves. I will never get over the loss of my ornaments. When I confronted the company about my missing things they told me that it weighed the same at the beginning of the trip as it did at the end. If they remove what they want before they get weighed, the company is not responsible for replacing anything. So follow the truck to get weighed, label your boxes with numbers not a description of what's inside and keep the list separate for yourself. I'm sure all of these characters operate the same way so make sure that you read the reviews and protect yourself as much as you can by monitoring them as they move your things and FOLLOW THE TRUCK TO GET WEIGHED!!! I would never recommend this company and have learned a very painful lesson!
