My wife and I hired B52 for our recent move from Seattle to Denver. These guys had exceeded our expectations at every step of the way.
Our relocation sales rep, Devon, was extremely knowledgeable about the process. He went out of his way to get a permit for the truck to park to load up on our street in Seattle, and threw in some free boxes. As the coordinator he was also very helpful and responsive to my e-mails. It was a stressful process but having my questions answered promptly was a huge relief throughout.
The "pickup" team in Seattle, led by Louis, was top notch as well. They arrived on time and really did an excellent job loading up our stuff. My wife and I packed most of the boxes ourselves, but paid to have our glassware wrapped to make sure it made it. Louis personally wrapped all of our glasses and every single one of them made it to Denver without breaking, including the very fragile wine glasses.
upon arriving to Denver , we had a four day arrival window, and a few days prior to the beginning of that window, I heard from Devon that the truck would be arriving on the second day, which was also much appreciated (the last day of the window would have been my first day at a new job). This time, the team to unload the truck was led by Carlos, and they also did an excellent job. Each box had its sticker and everything was fully accounted for. None of the boxes were damaged beyond what we expected would be normal wear and tear for a move that required several truck changes. One thing Carlos mentioned was that the wardrobes I purchased at Home Depot and tried to put tall picture frames in along with my clothes were too large and too heavy, so he had his team repacked them in new wardrobes and separately wrapped the photos at no additional cost. All of our clothes and items made the trip; nothing went missing.
I haven't written a review in a while but felt strongly about adding an information point for people considering long-distance moving companies from the Washington area. I cannot recommend B52 van lines strongly enough.
