I've hired about 5 movers over our family's history of moving.
What I've found is that you either get movers who are helpful, thoughtful and expensive (often slower) or you get movers who are cheap and fast, but create more boxes, hard to communicate with (which creates difficulties when you unpack) and theres ALWAYS!! Some form of damage when they deliver .
these guys here at b 52 were the first to break that rule of experience. They managed to pack and move us efficiently being very communicative (we labeled and verified, they packed). Our lead man there Max seems to generate efficiency in everyone(ourselves included) wherever he went! The whole house was packed and ready to go in about 5 hours. We did a walk-through after and were amazed to see for the first time not having to pickup any unwanted “leftovers“ such as cigarette buds, junk food, bottles and sorts.
Delivery came after exactly 7 day! – unheard of!! We had a different team this time and still what a dramatic change in comparison to others even the high cost ones – immediately the delivery crew took charge, started unloading with Maggie, my wife standing with the inventory sheet crossing off anything that was being moved on the house
They also helped unload my parent's moving containers to a nearby storage.
No additional charges made up or anything.
And best of all –nothing was broke!!
All in all great service. The movers received a well-deserved tip.
