absolutely the worst customer service in the world!!!! the reps they have answering the phones are liars, they have zero interest in instilling confidence in their clients, instead they make lame excuses as to why they don't live up to their own promises. i do internet deals for a car dealership, which i told them would mean multiple deals for them weekly if the 1st one went well, but still no one at "new way" cared to even half-a** the effort. after getting the run around for 2 weeks after my vehicle was supposed to be picked up, i finally went with a different company. needless to say it has been now 4 months and im still chasing them for my deposit refund. they never pickup/deliver in the time quoted and when confronted head-on, the ignorant arrogant nasty foul mouthed responses given will have you wondering how they are still in business if this is how they communicate (and i use that word lightly, because they rarely answer the phone after they have your deposit).
