This move was my first using hired help. What can I say about Father & Son Moving? (also doing business as Neighbors Moving.)
Never use them! That's what I can say.
This company fails in nearly every category. Bad customer service. They dropped an unauthorized third man onto my job, told me that I wouldn't be charged for him, only to be charged for him. They broke my property. I felt that the move was extremely rushed because my "team" had better places to be. On top of all of it, I was harrassed throughout the move to call into their headquarters to tell their bosses what a good job the team was doing. The final straw was that the entire job came in far over bid.
The only saving grace was that no high dollar items were broken.
Admittedly, the team that helped my girlfriend were far more professional. I would hire them again if they did not work for this company.
I want movers, not used car salesman. This company is a joke. Honestly, take the money that you're going to use on paying this company and light it on fire because that's basically what you're doing if you hire these clowns.
