I needed to move from PA to CO, and David from Blue Line Van Lines offered me the best price, so i booked my order with this company and refused other movers. I placed my order with this company around 30 days in advance from move date.. I was continuously following up with this company and there is no change in order. I was told 1 week before move date that they have assigned truck & driver and he will contact me 2 days before move date to fix the appointment. But I never got call from driver. I just got a email 2 days before move date from Sales Person David (Blue Line Van Lines) that they can complete my order and will issue the refund of my advance. My Home lease was about to end in another 3 days. it was very bad situation that time, when they simply told me that they can not complete this order. I tried to reach David or other persons in blue lines van lines, but no one was picking my phone. No one was interested to talk. Very Very Very Bad Experience. Please avoid this company for any move specially in North East of USA.
