AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

We have had a nightmarish experience using this moving company to move from MD to CA. We had a pleasant experience in the beginning. We were unsure of our exact destination and we were told multiple times not to worry, our items would be stored in a nearby facility in CA until we were ready to have them delivered. We arrived in California 12 days after the items were picked up from our house. We contacted Blue Line Van Lines to confirm a final delivery address and that is where our problems began. We were told that our items hadn't even left the storage facility in New Jersey!! Now it would take 14-21 days for our delivery even though we had been explicitly told that it was okay for us to not have a final address, just a city and state would be fine! We talked to Ron who told us to fill out a new form indicated our ideal move in date so we moved it to 8/30. We were told that a truck had been assigned and that we would have our items by the weekend. The next day we contacted Paula, the manager. Never in my life have I experienced such terrible customer service. Paula told us that because we had changed our move in date to 8/30, as directed by one of her employees, that we won't get our items for possibly another month. Evidently we had been assigned a truck, which wouldn't have gotten here for another two weeks, but Paula decided to cancel our order without consulting us or anyone we had spoken to. Now they don't know when our items will be shipped out. Clearly frustrated, we asked why would she cancel the order? Why did her employee tell us to fill out the form in the way that we did, resulting in the moved delivery date? Why were we told that our items would be shipped to CA regardless of a final address? These are reasonable questions when a delivery company has all of your possessions and you have already been living out of a suitcase for 2 weeks! After all, she is the manager, she should have the answers. Her response was to yell at us, not provide helpful guidance and to avoid our questions at all costs. We are hoping to receive our items in the next few weeks. In the meantime, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! We have had an absolutely terrible moving experience!
