Do NOT use this company. The secretary is a liar. They added on all these fees and at the last minute during the day of my move and then tried to squeeze more time out of me for more money when I was ready to pay the original price. The secretary was trying to create all these scenarios and confuse me. The movers were very slow. I even pitched in carried boxes into my new place just to get this experience over. Do yourself a big favor during a stressful time and run the other way. What disgusting business practices trying dupe people. I have used others movers that perform this job as side work and were a world of difference better. Thank you BMA movers for stabbing me in back while trying to sound all sweet on the phone. If you look at other sites, you will see other scenarios and reviews similar and worse than my experience. Appalling!
