Total over priced scam

I ordered service with this company and had been in contact with them for about 4 months before my actual move date. They'd originally quoted me $1800 for my cross country move. Upon arrival the head guy looked at my things and promptly told me that they couldn't move my things because not every single item was in a box. I checked their website and my contract and not in one place did it state that all items must be secured in a box. I'd had some clothing and bedding in plastic bags and had not boxed up my trash can. They told me that they could pack up my "loose" items but that it would be at least another $300 and that the additional boxes would be at least another $400 in space. I'd run out of boxes and they wouldn't allow me time to go to the store to get more, so I called their office and tried to talk to Jenny (who had been really nice and helpful up to this point) and she pawned me off to the manager who was, like one of the other reviews said, very rude and unwilling to work with me in finiding a solution. So either I pay them over $700 over what I was quoted or cancel, so that's what I did. They charged me $373 for canceling, which I tried to dispute with them. I e-mailed them twice and only received auto confirmations that my message was received and that they appreciate my business and would get back to me as soon as possible. I never received any response from them, so decided to dispute the charge with my financial institution and they were able to recover all of the charge. These people will scam you to get into your wallet anyway that they can, definitely shady and not worth the cost or headache.
