I first spoke with Victoria Fonsace who was probably the hook. She was extremely professional initially. I informed her that I was still looking at quotes but their prices sound good. I then asked several times about the cancellation policy at which time she informed me that it would not be a problem as long as I called prior to the move date. Satisfied with the answer, I gave her a card number to hold the reservation. 24 hours plus prior to the scheduled move, I realized that I had scheduled the move at the same time as my dr. appt. so I told her that I would have to either cancel or reschedule. She informed me that it would be a $200 fee. I recalled her statement to me stating that it would not be a cancellation fee. I then asked to speak to the manager. Victoria transferred me to a man, stating that he was the manager. The man with an accent stated that he is tired of customers thinking they can do what they want and continued to cut me off as I am telling him to pull the recording of me and Victoria's conversation. The man continued to cut me off and when I told him to stop cutting me off, he stated "Fuck you Motherfucker" and then hung up on me. Pissed, I called back to speak to his supervisor, I was transferred back to him. He stated that you are going to keep getting me. I then told him that I was not going to reschedule that I was going to a different company altogether. How am I going to trust them with my valuable possessions with that type of service? He replied, "I am still going to charge your card" and hung up again. I then researched and found a 800 number to call trying to find information on the owner or higher ups. I called the 800 number and again, the same guy with the accent was given the phone and he again refused to give me any information regarding my complaint. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I have never experienced customer service as poor as this and I have lived in DC half my life. Dont be fooled by the receptionist who answers your call!
