I was mistreated and treated like it was my fault

I chose BRMovers because of their pricing and I gave them a listing of every item that I was going to move from Washington DC to Tucson, AZ, for which they gave me an estimated price of $1184 to move. They also told me that I had enough space to add a few more boxes, saying that my belongings would fit in 300 cubic feet. On the day of the move they Estimated an arrival between 8am and 10am. They did not arrive until 10:30am and began packing at 10:40am. By the end of the packing I had gone from under 300 cubic feet, to over 500 cubic feet according to the moving company. This increased my price to $2276. Then, on July 27th I received a call from BRMovers saying they had a truck going solely to Arizona and told me to make my decision about whether to have them take my belongings within 2 hours. This was the first contact that I had from them since they packed my things in Washington DC. They also could not tell me when the truck would be arriving in Arizona, which was crucial for me as I could not move into my house until August 1st. I received phone calls every single day following July 27th. These calls consisted of the driver telling me a new date of arrival. It is now August 4th and the delivery of my things has been postponed over and over again, while the company originally told me they'd probably get to Tucson by July 30th. Tonight, the delivery was postponed yet again to "between 6 and 7am" tomorrow morning. I have missed important meetings to meet with these movers at their scheduled arrival times and they have only wasted my time and money.
