Anyone who has been victimized by this company is urged to call the Washington DC Consumer Protection Bureau at (202) 442-4400. Here's how it works: They lowball the quote and then show up at your house, double the price, and claim that they will charge you to move everything. They are constantly changing their prices and are routinely dishonest in their practices. My wife and I were ripped off. Please don't be a victim. Do not use this moving company if you value your money or your furniture or want any level of customer service. If you have been victimized, seek arbitration. Please go to FTC.Gov to file a goverment complaint against them or call the consumer protection bureau listed above. Avoid this company!! My quote was $2900. Ended up, in the end, paying $4600 to get my stuff on the other side of the country.
