Beacon Movers made promises in order to get my move that they dis not keep and I believe had no intention to keep. The cost of my move was based on weight. The truck was supposed to weighed before my items were loaded and weighed after. That never happened. I had less items than I originally planned and the weight was less that they had quoted on but they refused to change the cost. Items arrived wet, damaged and some items missing. The truck arrived a day late. They contract stated they would take a check for the expense portion due at pick-up ... then they insisted on cash. Overall, this company is not honest writing and delivering a contract and then complying with the agreement.
