This has got to be the worst moving company in the history of moving companies. They will give you a ship date and then ship it at their convenience. I had been given a firm ship date and then two days before it was scheduled to ship I was told they have to change the date after I arrange for everything past the scheduled ship date. Now mind you I’ve had many, many conversations with them and not one time did they mention a delay. They will not return phone calls nor will they reply to emails. When you call you will have to leave a message and they will get back with you at their leisure. They will pass blame and not commit to anything. Customer service is a total joke too. They wouldn’t help one bit. I had to cancel my wife and one year old baby and paid more than 600$ cancellation fees and now I am sleeping on hard floor waiting for my furniture which they after 8 days they dont know when it will arrive. When when I call then they blame the drivers and they will say we do not have control on them and will call tomorrow!
They basically read you company policy and ask you if there is anything further they can do for you. Never, never again
