Extremely unprofessional and movers with rude attitude. I just relocated from Aurora, IL to Katy TX. The truck came on July 3rd 2016 with only two movers (one driver and a 16 year old kid) who could not lift my sofas and furniture properly with due care. The kid got exhausted after an hour. I paid $6000 for this service and they refused to put my sofa set on next floor in the loft saying it would not go thru due to its size. I was able to take them all to the next floor with my friend's assistance without any problem. Not to mention I had to assemble my dining set and other stuff even though this company was suppose to assemble all the furniture which they did not. Best Price movers is an extremely bad and lousy company. Watch out before you decide to hire them. There are better moving companies out there who provide better service for amount they charge. And, the delivery person demanded to pay them first before unloading all the stuff off the truck as if I would run away without paying them.
