I put down a deposit and canceled nearly a month before my scheduled move. Brian told me I would be getting my money refunded (as promised) and though I've contacted them many times, I have not seen the refund! Better yet, after I canceled, Eric called to "schedule my move". Then HE told me I'd get my refund. Not a word. These people are dishonest and crooked and stay away from them. I've had to get my credit card company involved.
