I got a million calls regarding this move I made to Arizona. What made me select this company was really their sales staff. I was assigned a moving coordinator named Nick. He was really the selling point on this company for me. He took the time to show me valuable information about his company and his competitors and I felt safe with him because he was so thorough with me.
On October 26th my items were picked up from my residence on Sheffield and the crew arrived about 20 minutes earlier than they had told me they would arrive. Better early than late though I guess.
The actual packing of my items went pretty smooth in the fact that these guys were hard working enough to pack my 2 bedroom condo in 3 hours. That really impressed me considering the last time I moved it took me an entire day to pack the things myself.
I told these guys that I wanted delivery ASAP and was hoping they could get the stuff there in 2 or 3 days. Nick told me to expect 9-12 days which honestly didnt make me too happy and I wish I would have asked about that before I agreed to anything although they did deliver in 10 days so I can't call the guy a liar.
When my stuff arrived for some reason they wouldn't take a personal check and I had to speak with this Karen lady about it. We argued back and forth for a few hours and then she finally agreed to let me pay with a credit card which I can live with. I mean come on though. Who carries that much cash on them you know? So that dealing with Karen wasn't the most pleasant experience but in looking back on it all the guys were hard workers, they were on time, they didn't take a month to deliver like the horror stories I've heard about movers, they didn't break anything. So I would use these guys again.
